Soar | Ground Soar Paperplane

Hello there, Good day! There are numerous paper plane records have been made in terms of the distance traveled, the time it stayed in the air, Stunts it performed. This plane is called Ground Soar which is specifically designed to perform certain tasks and is one of the best paper airplane. It is a glider by nature, Let’s find out!

Supplies Required:

  • A4 Sheet of Paper or a Foolscap Paper with 70-90 GSM
  • Ruler or Flat thick object to flatten the folded edges to make a strong crease.

Step 1:

  • First make the center crease of your soar, which is folding the Paper top to bottom equally and folding
  • Then Fold corner A in a certain way it meets the center line but not crossing it. Make a crease
  • Fold section B the same opposite.

Step 2:

  • Turn the paper plane over
  • Fold the to the back of about 3 to 4 cm
  • Mountain fold the soar plane along the center crease in the direction of the arrow

Step 3:

  • Fold the paper plane along the dotted line evenly throughout
  • Do the same for the other side

Step 4:

  • This step is a beautiful one, You have to make a simple winglet for your soar plane
  • Fold the winglet as shown in Fig.4

Step 5:

  • Lift your wings to see a ‘T’ or ‘Y’ Shape if you look from the rear of the plane
  • Ready to fly! Yeah!

Soar flying technique:

  • Hold the Plane behind the center of the plane’s gravity center
  • Keep your left foot slightly forward and launch it at a 30 – 40 degrees angle, throwing it steadily with a medium force. If it fails, tweak the tail wing slightly up and try again.
