Why I call this best paper airplane in the world is because, I have tried numerous paper plane designs but this one always flew at its best even after so many throws. A best paper airplane is never an aircraft which flies far distance or longer time. It has to have balance of both, even a child can give it a toss and get a successful flight. Supplies Required:
- A4 Sheet of Paper or a Foolscap Paper with 70-90 GSM
- Ruler or Flat thick object to flatten the folded edges to make a strong crease.
Step 1:
- Keep the A4 sheet of paper in Portrait orientation and fold them from Left to Right equally as shown in Fig.1
- UNFOLD them once done.
Step 2:
- Now bring the Top Left-hand edge and Top Right-hand edge to the center crease
- Make sure you don’t cross the center line.
Step 3:
- Bring the right and left side edge of your triangle to the center line
- At the same time the bottom right and left edges should be sharp and pointy.
Step 4:
- Fold the top-right and top-left edges again to the center line approximately to the mid line
- Compare fig.4 and fig.5 you will better understand them.
Step 5:
- Mountain fold the paper airplane into half just like it is shown in the fig.5
Step 6:
- Now, its time for making the wings, you should fold wings into half on both sides
- Also, check for their symmetry if you wanna make it fly for sure.
- Don’t mind it if you don’t wanna fly. LOL!
Step 7:
- Yes, you made it! You have successfully made the best paper airplane in the world for now. Let’s say for a beginner!. But let me say, there is always some new paper plane takes birth to lift up the title! It performs well and good.
- Also, gives a smooth flight performance on Gentle launches.
- Try with dihedral wing for different flight performances.
Best paper airplane in the world flying technique:
- Hold the Plane behind the center of the plane’s gravity center
- Keep your left foot slightly forward and launch it in 30 – 40 degrees angle, throw it steadily with a medium force. If it fails, tweak the tail wing slightly up and try again.
- Try different angles and forces now! Wow, That’s how one learns properly with more trying and flying. Kudos!
