Supplies Required:
- A4 Sheet of Paper or a Foolscap Paper with 70-90 GSM
- A kid Friendly scissor if you cannot slit the extras by hand with accuracy.
- Ruler or Flat thick object to flatten the folded edges to make a strong crease.
How to make a Square paper: Here’s how to…
- Keep your A4 sheet vertically like a portrait rectangle over the work table or floor.
- Grab the top right sharp edge to match the left side of the paper straight.
- Please refer the Fig.1 if you have any confusion.
Step 1:
- Now, keep the square paper over the table and fold it left to right
- Next Unfold the paper into the old state
Step 2:
- Bring the top left and top right corner of the paper to the center line – Match it and fold it
Step 3:
- Valley fold the nose to match the center line little ahead of the triangle’s bottom
- If there is a doubt, compare fig.3 and fig.4
Step 4:
- Now, pull up the nose of about 1/3rd of the triangle as shown in the fig.4 and fold it.
Step 5:
- Fold the nose down to a level of about 1/4th of the triangle
Step 6:
- Mountain fold the boomerang paper airplane to the inside and fold it
- Check for the symmetry of the paper airplane
Step 7:
- Next it’s the time for making the wings, just like it is shown in the fig.7
- Compare the fig.7 and fig.8
Step 8:
- Now hold it elevated of about 45 degrees and throw it.
- There goes your boomerang plane.
Boomerang Airplane Flying Technique:
- Now hold firm behind the nose and throw it gently, Observe its boomerang motion, If it dives more reduce the speed.
- If it doesn’t dive back increase the throwing speed a bit.
